Forcing DRM Database Update because Tarif or Offer Change.

When you make changes to Tarif or Offers and do change clients to other tarif plans,
it might be necessary to update the securemedia database.Be aware, that currently the DRM Database is updated once a day in the night.
Why not doing that more often during the day.
It's difficult to detect this situation in the logfiles! However, we think that lines following line 7 up to line 11 could be an indication for this situation.
